Broadlake Capital is an Independent Private Investment Firm focused on investing in Companies where we believe the potential exists for growth and development in partnership with great management teams. The Firm is focused on three distinct forms of investments: Management Buyouts (MBOs/MBIs), Growth Capital & Special Situations. The Firm is focused on taking majority or minority stakes in cash generative businesses with equity investments of between £1m and £20m.

Broadlake considers investments in all sectors. Some of the Sectors where the Team has specific experience include: support services, business services, niche manufacturing, education and training, consumer goods, food, publishing, print and packaging, engineering, and media.

Broadlake views capital as a commodity and seeks to add value by complementing the investment of capital with the provision of both strategic and operational support. The Firm works closely with management teams to assist in the execution of their growth plans. While Broadlake works in partnership with management at a Board level, it provides them with a high degree of autonomy in the day-to-day management.

The Firm, which was established in 2009 has €100m under management and is primarily focused on making Investments in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
